I would actually suggest DHL over Fedex...

Anyway, you can the documents sent directly to the hotel. Make sure the package is addressed to you and C/O the hotel. Then call the hotel and tell them a package will be arriving for a guest, give them your name, when you will be a staying there, and the estimated delivery date of the package.

I have done this a few times and never had any issues with receiving the package.

Good luck!

Trouble with DHL is they are not everywhere in the USA.... like Tucson ;) (silly huh, up in Phoenix but not down in Tucson)

Yeah, that is one negative with DHL. I did use Fedex before to send to Philippines but DHL was much easier, especially when having to get things re-routed for some reason. Fedex doesn't seem to understand what customer service is.

And I also had a problem where a 2Go Outlet used my Fedex acct number to send two additional packages. My wife had dropped off a package to be delivered from Philippines to US and a week later I saw two additional packages from different senders at the same location. I called Fedex to dispute and they told me to sorry, nothing they can do. So I still use Fedex domestically but only DHL in the Philippines.
