Hello,

On our status online it says that Petition already shipped on August 25, 2014 Department of State for visa processing.

I have not yet got the MNL# and my fiance will start to call NVC this coming Wednesday (September 3, 2014, it is 7 working days after shipping the petition).

So now while waiting to get the MNL#, We are preparing our documents to bring for my interview.

He will send the documents on September 4, 2014,

He will send these two (2) documents through DHL or Fedex 1. I-134 form with ink signed and date

2. Intent to Marry Letter (dated with August 31, 2014)

And email me these documents: 1. Federal Tax (ITR-2013 "1040 form") all pages

2. W2 (Year 2013)

3. Paystubs (3 paystubs),

My fiance receives his salary every week so the paystubs that he will email me are the weekly stubs. Is it okay?

I read other threads that they sent 6 months stubs, Just need more clarification here...

And another question is about Employment Certificate? Is it necessary to get bring that?

My fiance is above the poverty guidelines. He is earning 35, 000 dollars yearly so for the two persons I think it is okay.

Thank you to everyone.

Thank you to everyone.

Your fiancée will need an employment letter from his employer. Yes, 35k is enough for two people.

Follow the directions in the Embassy letter. It outlines everything you will need for the visa process. Use it as a check list. Begin to read other posts here on VJ where most of your questions will have been answered.

Looks like you have things in order. Don't worry about pay stubs, not required so having just a few is totally fine. Employer letter is not required either, that is optional... so no issue not having it.

Income is above the 125% of $19,662 so you are fine there also.

I am betting they won't ask for the letters of Intent to marry, I still don't rule out taking them to the interview but in the last 3 years very few, if any, have reported they were asked for at the interview. For now better safe then sorry.

They don't ask for the letters of intent. You can bring them if you want, I mean it won't hurt anything, but when my fiancee had her interview they didn't ask for it.
