Can I put case number using sticker label on NSO docs and NBI?

HELP! I saw some people posted that we should put case number on upper right of every page of documents we're sending NVC.

1. I am wondering if it's okay to put NVC case number using 'sticker labels' on original NSO birth and marriage certificate, and NBI Clearance? Any suggestions?

2. BTW, are NSO-issued birth and marriage certificates called ORIGINAL or just certified copies? I am not sure what to put on our cover letter. Hehe.

No need to trouble yourself with the burden of applying case numbers to your documents. Waste of time.

True certified copies will suffice for your visa application and for other uses like AOS. Be sure to get extra copies because you will need them each step of the way.

hello sis.im a bit confused now..i thought the nso birth and marriagr certs and nbi is for the IV package...did you include it to your AOS?...thanks:)

Hi sis. NO WE DID NOT. :) We already sent our AOS. It has been scanned by NVC on 08/15. Now, we're waiting for IV to get invoiced, probably in September. In the meantime, while waiting, we are already preparing for IV package.

AOS is all about the petitioner.

IV is about us, the beneficiaries. This is where we include marriage and birth certs,NBI etc.
