Hello fellow VJ'ers!!

I'm Ross from the UK end of our K1 petiton :D

I have a question regarding the UK Police Certificate.

I plan to obtain this after my upcoming trip to see my SO, just after christmas.

According to our VJ Timeline our dates are December 19th - January 5th.

My question is this...

How up to date does the Police Certificate need to be?

Does it need to be issued within a month of the interview date, three months?? 6 months??

Any help much appreciated as always and thank you all to all that have helped us on our journey so far!

Wishing speedy processing to you all

:D

Issued within 12 months of the interview date. You don't have to wait until after Christmas. Think about getting your immunizations now so you don't rush it all in after the NOA2. See this list of things to get in place. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

The London link to documents for interview is broken. This should be correct http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

Scroll to fourth paragraph to find the list. You'll find the police certificate answer there too.
