I haven't received welcome letter yet. COA(DS-261) is now ready to be filled on ceac.state.gov

Last week my petitioner name was added there and now DS-261 is available . I think it should be available for all august and sept 04 people

My cousin has same PD as me but he hasn't his invoice id. So, he can't check whether it's available for his case also or not. Otherwise i can tell you that is it available for all sept04 or is it for only me.

There are many here with sept2004 PD. Share your progress guys.

Thanks Umer. Yes there was a problem, My grandfather sponsored us but he got died. After his death our case got suspended for four and half years and then my uncle sponsored us as a co-petitioner. Normally it takes 10-11 years for F-3.

You can save your time by completing all the documentation ASAP.

All the very best to you :)
