Well only folks up to 22 Aug 05 have receive welcome letter so far and for this current period they have move only 5 months ,,,so  maybe 2018 for you just keep finger cross,, the system is slow but eventually your day will come ..

wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid
