starting from 2015 OCT, the visa bulletin is keeping at the pace of 28 days of a month:

APR --38 Days of movement

MAR --14 Days of movement

FEB --61 Days of movement

JAN --31 Days of movement

DEC --16 Days of movement

NOV --24 Days of movement

OCT --14 Days of movement

Average for the days of movement: 28 days per month

I hope we will wait about 11 and a half years only! NO MORE DELAY!

One week is confirmed and lets pray for three weeks. We dont have any data between 1st dec. to 15 dec. only we can hope that applicant within these dates got their IL to make movement of three weeks.
