Call USCIS asking about transfering location

Dear all.

I know this is silly but ps help me. Today i called uscis. And i dont know how to read or type my receip number on the phone when they orderred. ( we must read or type. If typing: how can i dial on phone's keyboard?

Any helpful and infomation are good for me.

I didn't know either the first time i called. Just punch in the numbers corresponding to the letters on the keypad then the rest of the numbers. It should ask "did you mean ABC" or whatever letters you put in.
