Moving between NOA2 and Interview

Our situation:

I am the beneficiary. We just recieved our NOA2 on Monday, Aug 18 and I'm expecting (hoping) for our case to be shipped to NVC later this week or next week. So from what I understand, we are expecting at least 2 things in the mail from USCIS to be coming over the next few weeks.

Currently, my fiance has an apartment in Miami which is our address on file with USCIS. He will be moving to a new apartment in Boston on September 1 but will still have (and visit) the Miami apartment until October 1. I don't want to change our address just yet, since we can still recieve mail in Miami and I don't want to get anything diverted to an address in Boston he doesn't have possession of just yet. BUT, by the time I have my interview (god willing, by the end of October) we will only have the one apartment in Boston.

So my question is, when should we change our address? And who do we call to change it? Can I just let them know when I go for my interview in Montreal? Do I tell the consulate beforehand? Or do we have to call USCIS by the end of September? Or NVC? There are a lot of moving pieces at the moment and I'm not sure where we go to register this change.

Thanks for any help you can provide. :)

To simplify my needlessly complicated question:

If the petitioner moves around the time NVC is shipping our case to the consulate, do we need still to change his address with USCIS? And will this cause any problems at the consulate stage?
