Need help! Questions about DS-3025 for K1 Visa

My wife had an appointment for medical exam in the morning and she finished around 11am. We then went to get the vaccines but the office was at lunch break. My wife got vaccinated around 1-2pm and then we brought it to IMO around 2:30 pm or so. We picked her medical package at 3:50 pm before they close.

woww it's really fast. I live in center of VN and plan to take medical exam and vaccination in 2 days. Dont know if Its still this fast.

Any clue?

USCIS:

2016-04-16: Filed I-129F

2016-04-18: USPS tracking shows package as delivered

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

2016-10-01: JFK POE (Ticket booked)

Hi Frontgear,

We just file AOS packet. For vaccination, I just provided a copy of yellow sheet. I'm worry I will get a RFE for DS-3025 because I dont have one yet

You might get an RFE. They need form I-693 turned in with the AOS. The Vaccination Record (Yellow Sheet) is not it.
