Sorry to hear that about you, but nvc is taking 60 days to reviwing all the check list, they'll send you a letter telling you the 60 days

i received the 60 days letter a week before that nvc accepted my IV and DS 260 but unfortunately we got aos checklist only for a tiny thing :/ ...so still waiting for my cc :clock:

5.30.14 case number

6.09.14 paid AOS - IV

6.10.14 shows PAID AOS - IV

6.14.14 DS-260 Completed

6.19.14 sent AOS - IV package

6.20.14 NVC received both package

6.25.14 scan AOS - IV package

8.08.14 AOS checklist by call :cry: , DS-260 - IV package ( approved )

8.11.14 AOS checklist email received from NVC

part 8 -1b , my husband forgot put the date of the signature :/ so i have to wait 30 business days only for review the date , i only hope the review my checklist as soon as possible :(

yes cristal! I'm in Facebook group :) ! and yes!! it was frustrating for us and a stupid mistake! our aos is correct only because the date is not there we got a checklist :/
