Please help : How to pack the IV package

Hi,

My sister needs my help she want to send the IV package but we don't know how to pack the package the right way!! please can you assist me :

1-should i stick each document with its translation

2-should i sing on the payment "BACODED" cover sheet

3-i heard some talk about a cover letter should i include it and if so can you give me a simple

Please any extra information will be very appreciated.

Yes each document needs to it's translation beside it.

There is nothing to sign on the bar coded cover sheet.
