Hi all VJ members... another day, another question.

So the Embassy in New Delhi, India is stating that our case is READY since August 11th; however, my fiance has not received the package from the embassy on what to do next. I would like to know if there are any steps that he can get a head start in so we don't have to wait till last minute. Can he fill out the DS-160 PRIOR to receiving the package from the Embassy?

Also, does the Embassy tell us when the interview date is or is that something we have to go online and decide ourselves? Any responses would be greatly appreciated as I am really confused and need help from my fellow members :(

Please help!!! Thank you!!
