To whom it may concern;

I am seeking further information on something. My wife has gotten her Visa Interview on the 26th of this month (which is the final step in the process). What is the likely hood that it will get denied? Also, where would all her paperwork go to once it gets approved. Even though it is still pending getting done after her appointment would she still be able to travel to the states using her German Passport? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

If she approved for a visa at the interview, her passport will be held so the visa can be affixed to it.

If you have a genuine relationship and all of the paperwork is complete and in order, the likelihood of a visa denial is very small. It is up to the CO though. Your wife will receive most of her original documents (police certificate, birth certificate, relationship evidence, etc.) back at the interview or when they send back her passport with the visa stamp.
