USCIS scheduled me for an interview on 06/13/14 in San Diego CA but I live in Seattle WA. I spoke with my attorney and she said I have to cancel. She never called to cancelbut luckly I had called to cancel as she has not been reliable.

I asked her if we can request USCIS to expediate my case since in addition my father was diagnosed with colon cancer is undergoing treatment. I called USCIS on 07/30/14 and they told me that my attorney did not submit any request. I called her and she said that she sent in the request.

what should do?
