I was given a verbal that my visa had been approved subject to me re-doing my medical, as planned date of entry to the USA was more than 6 months after my original medical, and resubmitting my joint sponsor form on the correct I-864 instead of I-864a. the blue form (221(g), which I know says refusal I already questioned that, I was given with instructions leads you to ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb. this seems to be only for non immigrant visas submitted on a ds-160.

does anyone know how to do this as I am obviously applying for an immigration visa, and I submitted it on a ds-260. I haven't previously signed up for an account on this site either.

thanks for any advice people can supply

I can't figure out what you are asking. Your sentences are all run together. What are you trying to do?

Send your I-864 to the embassy?

What about your passport?

Have you gone back for the medical?

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry I just re-read it and it is all a bit higgledy piggledy, I was running late for my sons Dr's appointment and I had got myself in a bit of a panic.

Basically what happened was that I went for my visa interview and was refused due to filling out the incorrect form, I used an I-864A instead of the I-864 for my mother-in-law to be joint sponsor.

On top of this because I am in the military and my earliest exit date was more than 6 months after my medical I have to re-do it.

The officer that interviewed me gave me verbal confirmation that I would be approved once I had fixed these 2 issues. He issued me a for 221(g), but at the bottom for instructions on how to correct the issues and resubmit the evidence it links you to a website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb. When I went to this website all I could find was information linked to non-immigrant visas. Now as I am applying for an IR1 I will obviously be going on an immigrant visa. Also I have never signed up to this website, and when I try to it is all related to the DS-160 form.

So what I am needing help with is the link to be able to send my documents via DX courier service to the embassy in London as apparently in order for me to do this I need to get on the website and print out the instructions and certificate.

Hopefully this makes a little more sense.

I looked at your link and it came up saying immigrant visas, which you are, but can't go further without a registration. I don't think that website is going to do it for you anyway.

Read this thread for a recent experience of someone else who had to submit a document and passport after the fact. It's a little higgledy piggledy too but you might find some answers and email addresses. You basically need the DX people to come pick up your document and passport(?) and deliver to the embassy then deliver the passport/visa back to you.
