I received RFE today. I pretty much sent everything we got the first time and they are asking it again?

We initially sent all these documents:

Marriage Certificate.
Joint Bank Statements.
Joint Costco Memberships.
Amex Credit Cards Copies and Statements.
Joint Tax Returns (Turbotax Online).
Copies of ID's License and Wifey's Intruction Permit.
Copies of Cable and Cellphone Bills on Both Names.
Copy of Vehicle Title on Both Names.
2 Affidavits from Relative and Friend.
Pictures of me and wifey with relatives and friends.

Now, I am going to add additional bank statements, tax transcripts, W2's, cable and cellphone bills, credit cards.

We do not have car insurance with my wife on it since she doesn't know how to drive yet. does vehicle title on both names count?
We do not have lease or house payments except for cable and cellphone bills on our both names but we are the ones who's paying for water, power and waste under dad's name since we are living at my dad's house.
Does sending or adding invitations from credit card companies count as proof of same address?

Is there anything I can add more from list above as a proof of bonafide marriage? Appreciated

joint title on a car is something we sent also.

Mailings showing both living at the same address are good, even if addressed to you separately. Adding in those joint accounts and bills are going to help to. Sounds like you were just a little light on the hard evidence of living together and commingling of finances. Fill it in heavier and I'd guess you're going to be OK, and of course re-send copies of the things you did earlier just in case it didn't get with your file the first time.

One thing I don't see that you might add, we had photocopies of cards we had given each other, and holiday cards that were mailed to us. Also every picture we sent had accompanying notes about where and when it was take. This was spaced over the two and half years since her arrival. All was put together with a cover sheet listing every item included.

Bank statements were picked at one every 4 months over two and half years. I think its good to make it clear the evidence is spread out over time, and not just what could have been grabbed in a tiny window of time.

opps I forgot to add those holiday and invitation cards, yes we even sent the originals at first, I'm glad there's some more left. Yes we did wrote something on back of every photos we sent. I made copies of bank statements for every 3 months. we opened joint bank account after 9 months of our marriage since my wife didn't have a job the first year she lived here, hope there was nothing wrong with that.

Besides what you listed, we also included receipts/itinerary of our vacations, son's birth certificate, car insurance (wife was listed as a non-driver), medical/dental bills, life insurance policies listing my wife as the beneficiary, medical/dental insurance card, rental insurance, and a few others.

My spouse added me in her account 12 months after we got married - because I started going to school, started to do house errands, got my DL etc etc. We didn't have any problem, even during our interview for ROC. All the IO asked regarding our bank statement is to give her the latest statement during our interview. Were were approved.

Any retirement plan or life insurance, even if through work, that shows your spouse as the beneficiary?

I don't have any life insurance or retirement :/ I think those on the list is all I have right now. I'll make a cover letter explaining why we don't have mortgage or lease and about health insurance which we can't make adjustments till next year.

Not much you can do other than adding just more of what you already have then. Funny some seem to fly through this step with no issues at all and little evidence, yet you get an RFE. But a number of years ago Vermont was big on giving out RFE's simply because they were behind on ROC applications and it reset the clock, making their response time look better. People would be confused as what else to add, and send all the same stuff plus a bit more of it and get approved.

Your initial list is remarkable. Very good. And they still RFE'd? Wow. The case reviewer may have been looking for proof of joint residence (joint lease or mortgage) but since you don't have one all you can do is add to the additional list of evidence you are providing.

Does the employer of either of you provide a basic life insurance? Many employers do. It isn't for much but if they listed their spouse as the beneficiary, that would help. Look through your employment records for *anything* that asked you to specify a beneficiary and put copies of those documents on your list.

You want to make sure that all of the financial statements you send are addressed at your joint home address, even if you don't have a lease/mortgage to show at the address.

They are looking for joint ownership of assets and obligations. Next, you can continue to use the evidence of communication and other secondary components of the list of evidence.

Given how strong your list was to begin with, anything further you add may be adequate at this point.

Good luck!

I'm getting a lil bit nervous about this lol, what if still insufficient to them? are they going to reject it? or send to interview? I gathered more evidences like gift receipts, greeting cards, transcripts, w2 copies, photos, invitations, more cable/phone bills since I only sent just couple copies at first, another affidavit from a friend who witnessed our wedding and been hanging out throughout the years. still thinking what more to add.. if none, i'll send it by last week of this month.

Make a list of everything you're sending for the cover letter. Give an explanation of things like no lease, and note how each item sent shows what they're looking for. Sometimes the adjudicator isn't too bright and needs to be lead through what the evidence means.

Yes, I will do that, I did the same thing at first. I also ordered official transcripts from IRS by mail since online downloading and printing might be questionable.
