how long it NVC to add a child as accompany to principal applicant

Please my spouse has been assigned case number and I just paid the visa fee and submitted the DS-260 online. we now have twins I just contacted NVC with the copies o their birth certificate to be added as accompany to the principal applicant. How long does it take the NVC to add children as accompany to the principal applicant? any help with information will be greatly appreciated

It doesn't usually take that long when you are adding an accompanying child. For some people it can take 30 business days. You should stay on top of it by contacting them regularly so that you can make sure that they received everything. You will have to pay the visa fee for each of them and submit a ds 260 for each as well. If you already submitted the affidavit of support before the children were born you would need an updated one with them on it.
