Hi all,

I hope someone who has recently gone through this process or knows about it can respond. Once your case is approved for expedited processing at the NVC, it is shipped directly to the embassy, where all bills can be paid and documents will be processed. I'm waiting for my expedited case to get sent to the embassy at the moment, but I am still curious how I can access the DS-260 online. I emailed my embassy and was told that I do need to complete it online. However, it seems that I can't get to the DS-260 without paying the bills first. Perhaps after the embassy receives my case they will just allow me to access the DS-260 through the website directly without needing to pay the bills? Also, as far as I understand, it should be okay to actually pay the bills online as well, and as long as I don't send any documents to the NVC, that won't affect my expedite. Is that accurate?

My basic question is, after your case is expedited at NVC, how/when do you get access to the DS-260 on the website without paying the bills first?

Thanks, and good luck all!
