GandD, just like myself, is a moderate, perhaps that's where your confusion sets in. If you mistakingly think that moderates are liberals and you are to the right of that, well that makes you a RWNJ.

What criminal acts are you talking about? What has this person been convicted of?

We may never know the full extent of her misuse of her authority at the IRS because of a) her (mis)use of the 5th amendment (sorry: folks in government should NOT be able to use this to cover up misdeeds on the job against citizens!), b) the fact the government 'retired' her in the nick of time, making her immune to most forms of legal pursuit (hey: she's no longer a 'functionary'), and c) the fact that AG Holder is playing 'goalie' for the preznit: refusing to appoint a special prosecutor in the case, thus making sure no-one is allowed to consider all the facts of what actually happened. Holder needs to go to jail for this and many other abuses.

If you have a shred of objectivity, you can at least admit that what Lerner did looks pretty damning, and points to an abuse of the IRS' supposedly nonpartisan role in government.
