Ok we had our interview on April 26th of this year at the American Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. At that time the agent stated that he could not grant the VISA because they needed to perform some additional administrative processing. I have written the embassy various emails and they state that the case is in administrative processing in Washington DC and they have to make the final decision. It is going on three months now. I have written my congressman Marco Rubio and got the same response when they investigated the issue. We feel lost because we don't know where our application is in Washington. Who do we call to try and push the status? I recently wrote a nice letter to the President, but I don't know if that will help. In August it will be two years since we started the VISA Fiancee process.

Has anyone else had this problem? Where is Washington do these cases go? Any suggestions?

Any info would be appreciated.
