Derivative visa is only possible if the principal applicant is issued a visa.

Your case is at NVC now contact them. Also, make sure you contact Nigerian Embassy when you are current.

  I recieved Invoices for both AOS and FOrm IV, and now I am able to login to website but I only see AOS fees there, does FOrm IV reciept become available after I pay AOS fees?

I think it means that someone with ctober 2014 PD has gotten welcome letter while quite a number of July 2014, lots of August 2014 and September 2014 are yet to get welcome letter.

However, does issue of welcome letter have to do with individual countries and allocated visas or the work of NVC and the USA alone.

I saw this one from October he already WL now going to pay fee and other with who I exchanged in private message got access to ds261 and then WL his pd September 8th2014 so Iam lost too because ROW it s for everyone no per country

Hello everyone! I share my info my husband finally got NVC after 3 days they told him you actually current and confirm within a week received aos letter and ll access to pay fee so I shoul received welcome letter next week... He insisted for her to make sure...and he asked about the fact our kids case number on the fee don t appear only under me... So they said you kids are under age that s why even you applied seperatly only wife are concern for interview and everything they too small anyway ...she said the only reason they have number case and id it s because you already pay the fee to became citizen when you ll be.

Actually, my husband called NVC yesterday but couldn't get through. WL should start coming in by Monday.
