Have a wonderful day everyone! I'm so glad my EAD finally here at the same time we got the interview appointment this Aug. 26. But we just want to be ready, please give us some tips. And im just wondering if we still need to provide the copy of medical examination since we already submitted it with our application. But the problem is we have no photo copy. And I have another question about the completed affidavit of support ( Form-I864) if we still need to redo it again since we submitted already the original when we applied. Or we just need to worry about the papers that we did not provide on our application? Please give me some tips. Thanks a lot!

Speaking from experience (i've been to 3 interviews) you need to bring everything that can show you guys are together, I.E. joint credit cards, lease agreement, car titles, bank statements, letters from friends and family, every picture, house keys, etc. Make sure ANYTHING that proves your relationship is brought with you.

Thank you so much for the information. I have a question. How about regarding with letter on what to bring. There's a quote there "unless already submitted". Do we need to fill out again the Form for affidavit of support and povide a copy of medical result?

No we don't have a lawyer. We are just the one that filled out all the forms but we forgot to make a photo copy out of it. So based from what you remember, you did not bring another new updated copy since they already have it.

If you already submitted you do not need to bring them,. But it would be best if you brought all of the documents you submitted. I went to my Step daughter's Interview and they did not ask any questions. They only wanted proof of my wife and my relationship and requested 4 documents. I submitted the documents the next day and yesterday my wife and Stepdaughter got their green card notification. I wished I had brought all of my wife's documents with me and we could have saved a day or two. My wife filed in Feb 2014 and my Stepdaughter filed May 24th, 2014 their approval took 5 months and 2 months for the whole process.
