TN1 to Green Card, forgot biometrics fee

I got married to a (lovely) US citizen and I'm going through the process of applying for my green card. My kit had an I-485, I-130, I-131, and I-765. I got the NOAs and the I-485 came back with an "awaiting biometrics fee" NOA, and the I-131 NOA came back as rejected because "the check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided."

I didn't submit the $360 fee for the I-131 since the I-485 instructions state that you don't have to when you submit the I-485 fee.

How do I resubmit it with the missing $85? Should I send the I-485 and I-131 together?

Also, I got a USCIS Alien Number with the application. Should I add that to the I-131 before resending it?

You should have sent $1,070 for the I-485 ($985 filing fee plus $85 biometrics fee) and $420 for the I-130. How much did you send?

If your I-485 was rejected then your I-131 and I-765 would also be rejected, since you had no basis upon which to file them without a fee.

I sent $985 for the I-485 and $420 for the I-130. I know I have to send another $85, but my question is how to prepare the documents for the resubmission.
