Hi everyone,

I've been looking through Visa Journey a lot over the last couple years though this is my first time posting.

I came to the US on a K-1 fiance visa and my wife and I got married early July of 2014.

AOS and EAD filed soon after, accepted July 24th, 2014. Biometrics request soon after. Completed as scheduled time.

I've since received the EAD and we've been happily living and working here in MN.

My AOS, which is with the Nebraska Service Center, is still pending though! I'm wondering if anyone else who applied for AOS around July 2014 still hasn't received their green card?

Interview Waiver Letter stating 6 month delay received December 30, 2014. Stated to call and submit service request after that (June 30th, 2015).

No further official correspondence.

Service request submitted start of July - no response.

Service request submitted start of August - no response.

Service request submitted start of September - no response so far. Obviously hasn't been 30 days yet.

I've sent in my EAD renewal too. It hasn't been approved yet but it's still within normal processing time.

I'd be interested to hear if others are still in the same position as me. It looks like the original poster received theirs only last month so that at least gives me hope I'm not a complete statistical outlier in this scenario.

Thanks,

AussieInMN
