WOOHOO! I had confirmed NVC that our petition had been forwarded to London on 2/27/06 confirmed via DHL that the package was received by embassy on 3/3/06. I decided to e-mail the embassy to confirm that they had in fact received it and today they responded!!!!!

Mr. ******* visa file has been received in the Immigrant Visa Unit.

Embassy records show that on March 6 the Immigrant Visa Unit sent your

fiancé a packet of forms he is required to complete and return in connection

with his visa application.
