Good afternoon all,

My mother in law is filling her N-400 and I would like to know if she needs to

submit her IRS transcripts (which is not a problem).

She because a LPR through he sister so the 3 year rule does not apply to her.

I truly appreciate any input regarding this inquiry.

Best regards,

Thank you for your replies. They are very helpful.

Just one question, I looked at the PDF and she won't need to provide any additional documents since she's never committed a crime, spent more than 6 months outside the US, married and US citizen, had children who are 17 years old and younger or owe taxes.

She has travelled outside the US but that will be logged in the application.

Kindly confirm if anything else is missing regarding the IRS transcripts since we plan to provide it order to support her application. She doesn't owe any back taxes.

Thank you all
