Quick question. My children and I are US citizens and are currently living in Croatia with my husband. We will all be moving to the US together. On my husband's DS260, we answered no to the question about whether our children will be immigrating with him, as they are technically not immigrating. However, I'm confused about whether I need to include their birth certificates or copies of their passports in the supporting documents I'm sending. The instructions state:

The applicant and each family member accompanying the applicant must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page from their respective valid passport.

Send a *photocopy* of your (and any family members) biographic data page from *valid* passports.

Does this mean accompanying him to the interview or to the US? Sorry if this is obvious, but all this paperwork is turrning my brain to mush and causing me to second guess everything. Thanks in advance for any help!

They mean for people who are derivatives of visas like in F2A cases etc, not spouses of USC and not USC children. Nothing is needed from anyone who is not immigrating. USC move to the USA, they dont immigrate. ;)
