Hello. help me guys. feed me some info. My mom's petition date is May 4, 1993 under F3 Philippines category. we already submitted all the forms and paid the processing fee and affidavit of support but since there was a retrogression happened last 2009, we have to wait for our petition date to be current and it may become current this coming September 2014. The problem is, I already aged out (turning 22 on Aug 4 2014) while waiting for our medical appointment, is there any chance that my name will be included on the list of medical appointment and can still join my parents ?

I had same problem. My niece aged out due to retrogression. I called NVC and they just says they don't know wait for visa call and if her name is on it you are in, if not bad luck.

i was 18 back then. our petition date became current august 2010. we submitted all the forms including ds230 and paid all our fees, the nvc replied that we our now scheduled for medical but we have to wait for our petition date to become current again bec great retrogression happened on the year of 2011 while waiting for our medical appointment..sorry it was not 2009.
