Hello- How long in advance can I have the two affidavits for my packet? Is it 30 days, 60 days? I know Affidavits should be valid for 1 year but I am not sure if this applies for USCIS purposes.

Thanks!

If you have solid bona fide evidences, affidavits are not needed at all. By the way, your answers will be answered when someone answers. It is not a demand.

Thanks for your reply. Affidavits are mentioned in the I751 Instructions.

Sorry if I offended anyone with my comment. Just diligent.

Yes if your bona fide evidences are weak (bills, banking, insurances, tax...) then affidavits would be helpful more or less but if you have everything in order, you don't need one. Everyone can make affidavit so it is not considered primary evidence. Good luck.
