Hi everyone!

My fiancé and I just received the confirmation our petition was approved. It's written on the letter that we can change the embassy where the file will be sent. I live on a french island in the Caribbeans and the file is going to be sent to Barbados. I would prefer Paris because I've lived in Paris, i'm french so Id rather do everything in France, I wont have to pay a hotel and I know perfectly the city. We tried multiple numbers included the US Embassy in Barbados but they dont have our file yet.

Has someone been in the situation where they needed/wanted to change embassy after the petition is approved?

When in the process do I need to say that I want to choose another embassy. How and who to call.
