When is your new bio? When was the bio letter issued?

Thank you. The bio is for dec 24 and it was issued dec 5. I am planning to go earlier next week to either do another bio or possibly they might say it is glitch!

I received my second bio letter too on the 12th. It is scheduled for Dec 24th and was issued on Dec 5th just like yours. However, I already called them on the 10th for a service request and it shows online that they have completed the request. I am going to call on Monday to see what is the result of the service request and whether I have to go to the fingerprint appointment.

So I took my second bio letter to them. The officer in his office checks my file online in his computer and he said I don’t need to do another bio as this is a mistake by USCIS. He saw that I already have done my bio 8/19 so ne need of another one.

I called today. They said I DO need to go to my 2nd appointment on 12/24 to update my fingerprint and photo. I did my first one on 8/18.

I wonder why we are getting different responses.

They told me in the phone that I also Must go for second finger print that is on 24th like yours BUT I am saying that I went today to the actual place for the finger print to do the early second finger print (instead of waiting till 12/24) that's where the officer there told me in my face that I don't need to do second finger print and this is a mistake.

Someone in Atalanta was told the same thing today.

Sounds like there's a delay in Missouri which must be handling the preliminary processing for several local offices.

When I called today about my second bio notice, I was told that "there is a 60 day delay in the Washington DC office, but the time could be significantly reduced by 30 days." The customer service agent adviced me call again around New Years.

My friend and I did a walk-in during our first fingerprinting appointments (see my timeline). She will try to do the same thing again especially since the second bio might be a mistake.
