Is this true? If we dont have visa in hand before he turns 21 his visa category will change? Please help :-). Thanks

Given the lack of forward movement and significant retrogression for F2A recently, I think his chances of not ageing out are slim.

Hi,

There is nothing anyone can do.

Your brother will move to the F2b category when he turns 21. CSPA may allow him to retain his place in the F2a category.

Under CSPA, his age will not freeze until his PD becomes current in the F2a category.

Nothing can be changed.

If he ages out into the F2b category and CSPA can help him, he will retain his place in the F2a category.

If he ages out and CSPA can not help him, then he is stuck in the F2b category.
