I-130 section D No. 2 have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? I filled for my mom which was approved, she got her visa and would soon travel down to the USA. I also petition for my fiancée at the same time and this is what i received after her interview "The I-129F petition and the recommendation for revocation was just returned to the National Visa Center (NVC) to be forwarded to Department of Homeland Securitys U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (DHS/USCIS) because the beneficiary failed to convince the Consular officer that she has a bona fide relationship with you. The case is on its way back to USCIS for review"...We have a 7years relationship but the consulate told her for 7years we only had 10 pictures...we got married now and have enough pictures, certificate and more to tender, so I'm filling the I-130... Please how do I answer that question? Thanks

The answer would be yes. You petitioned for your mother and for your fiancee now spouse.

Thanks for answering my question... Would there be problems petitioning as my spouse now since my former petition was said to be returned to uscis and may be reviewed for further evidence...and this may take a minimum of 120days according to the USCIS. Also, what result should I put for my former petition for my fiancée ( e.g, petition "Approved" or Closed")

If you are now married you need to call the USCIS and cancel that petition.

and obviously it wasn't approved.

He was denied at interview.

Maybe someone else will have some advice who has done the same as you.
