So, I have an interview on the 15th..and of course, everyone's appointment is at 7:40. My question is this...how long can I expect to be in the consulate?

It seems that there are no rooms available on the 15th (I have a room for the 14th, which was my bigger concern). Unfortunately, the last train from Montreal homeward is at 11:50...that seems like lots of time, but maybe not? What are the chances of being done by 11 or so?

740? am? pm?

Go first thing in the morning. Montreal is first come first serve.

Be there by 7am at the latest. You'll be out by 10am at the latest if you do. I was out by 9:10am

I didn't get out until 930 and I was number 2.

Tips: get there around 7, sit by the elevator when you go through screening. The elevator lets you in the one door and you walk straight through to the desk by the back door (get to the back of the elevator). Take a book!!

You could definitely get out in time for your train, but I would keep from booking the ticket if it's non refundable, it could be later than 11 when you get out if your not in the first 5 or 6 people.
