We just got engaged and are now preparing the i129f package. My fiancé who is the petitioner was previously married to a German girl. They got married in Germany and applied for her visa but they got a divorce before she had her interview. The problem I am having is that he doesn't know if it was a K3 or a CR1 they applied for. He cant get in touch with her and the only papers he still has are 2 I-797C and 1 I-797 forms. On there it just says I130 Petition for Alien Relative (Preference Classification : 201B INA Spouse of USC)

Is there any way to answer Question 14 h without knowing if it was a K3 or CR1 or is there any quick way to figure out which visa he applied for last time?

Thank you so much for your help
