Hi.I won the DV lottery 2015 and I am about to fill the DS-260 application. I am working as a psychologist which is normally my primary occupation and taking part-time studies in physiotherapy. I have two questions about my situation. 1. Can I state being a student as my second occupation? 2. In DS-260 application form there is a question as below: Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet received certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization? How should I answer to this question, with Yes or No? (I do not seek to work in physiotherapy in US) :)

rgds.

1 - Student is education. Not occupation. Put it in the education section.

2 - You want to work as a Psychologist right? I'm not sure if that is healthcare. I'm inclined to put a "no" there but you should maybe google the "Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools" and see if a psychologist is a mental health professional.

I work as Psycologist and study Physiotherapy in the same time.

1. There is present occupation section, where ju can select among some occupations the 'Student' option if you study. For Primay occupation I am clear I put Pychology. I am not sure how to answer to the question 'Have you other occupation'? I am a student in Physiotherapy(not psycology which is the field where I work) and I do not know how to answer Yes or No to that question.

2. I work as Psycologist and study Physio.Since I am a Physio student but not seeking to work as Physio in US, how should I answer to the other question 'Are you a health care worker...................?

IMHO student isn't an occupation unless it's the only thing you do.

You're not a health care worker. Answer no.
