Hi to all VJ Philippine members,

I'm a newbie here.

I just want to ask who I should follow in submitting 221g documents?

  1. Filipino Pre-Checker (during Step 2 interview) who verbally ask for document (e.g Petitioner Marriage Certificate), or
  2. American Consul (during Step 3 interview) who verbally ask me to submit specific document (e.g. Joint Sponsor Affidavit of Support because of Petitioner's low income), or
  3. Filipino Post-Checker (during Step 4 interview) who verbally ask to submit another document (e.g. Petitioner Birth Certificate), and reiterate the document required by person no.2, or
  4. Checklist email from IVMNLProcess which does not list the document required by Person no.1 and Person no.3 but only list document required by Person no.2?

Hi Apple21,

Thank you for your answer.

So the final basis of submitting 221g document is the checklist generated by Number 4.

Is there any possibility that during the AP period, the document mentioned by Person no.1 or Person no.3 is going to be asked again to submit?
