Way to mail

Is there a certain way that the USCIS wants us to mail AOS package? Is there a guide on how to organize the paperwork for the USCIS approval?

How tidy you arrange your package will help the USCIS employees to find what they need easier, it doesn't guarantee you will get you approval or speed up anything. Well-prepared package will help to avoid unnecessary RFE because they can't find a particular piece of paper. Type a headletter stating what you include in a most-to-less-important, smaller-to-bigger-size order (signed forms on top, checks/photos on top...)

I prefer FedEx to send my package, they are faster and more interactive tracking system. They do have express 1 day so you can have it delivered faster (more expensive I believe.) USPS is ridiculous with their tracking system, slow to response. They usually cut off their priority express at 3PM so after 3PM, literally you will send you mail as priority 2 days. Their signature tracking is funny too, because your package will be sent to a PO box and it sometimes make your heart beat hard due to unavailable to deliver as there is no recipients or something like that.

I see that there's a requirement about sending copies of the beneficiary's passport with the I-130, along with the beneficiary's birth certificate, but on the USCIS Instruction website for the I-130 form, there is no mention about these items being needed to be sent in with the I-130 package.

I think the visa journey instructions are slightly outdated. For example, it mentions you need certified copies of marriage certificate, but a regular photocopy is fine. I included the birth certificate anyway; I figured it couldn't hurt...
