Short answer yes. Long answer, they MAY accept the other documentation you provided in lieu of but then again maybe not. My advice: this isn't the time to gamble. They asked my fiancé for tax returns, W2, bank statements, and an employer letter.

i forgot to send my bank statements to my fiancee, is she gonna need it on her interview?

For USEM in Manila - NO! Bank statements are not required nor asked for by the embassy. USEM only requires your most recent tax return and W-2 (or tax transcript).

If you gross income meets the poverty guidelines of the I-864P then you are fine.
