Only to find out our petition was sent to the Tevas Service Center ! Why do they keep sending them there when they are so far behind and you here of people griping NOA2 after 20'days at California. Good news to bad news real fast. What a bummer. Now the waiting game starts.

By the way, being assigned or processed to a particular service center is dependent on the state of the petitioner. There is nothing you can do about that unless you move to another state processed by CSC.

We feel your pain. I understand why they continue to send petitions to TSC as they are regional. What I do not understand is why they do not send their 1800-2200 oldest petitions (which would include 2013 filers) to California and put them at the head of the line to help balance the load. The VSC should have split the load they sent to TSC in half originally. Oh well, hindsight is always 20/20 and us armchair quarterbacks win every Superbowl :)
