Greencard Lottery chances

Hi there, my nr for my application is 20154RAZCNI****** and my wifes is 20154RG7PV****** I am wondering whether we will get any luck this year around. I checked and so far we were not chosen, does that mean I should not check again? I am South African and she has a Chilean passport.

Also we both have New Zealand passports and I am wondering which country has a better chance of winning the greencard lottery? Maybe this year I was thinking of entering under the New Zealand citizenship way and hopefully have a better chance of winning.

If you were not selected there is no need to check again.

Please ensure you read the instructions very carefully. Citizenship means nothing for chargeability. You are charged to the country you were born in, or you could choose to use your spouse's country if your own is ineligible. If you apply using citizenship from NZ if you were born in SA (or anywhere else outside the same DV region) you will disqualified.
