IV package

I filed I-130 and I was reading the NVC wiki,

I saw that I could do almost everything here in the US for my mother who is living abroad.

I`m a lil confused on the IV package tho,

Photos, and all the original copies of certificates of my mother,

I don`t have any of those with me. They r all with my mom.

Does that mean the IV package part has to be done and sent to NVC by my mom abroad?

What I did with my dad's paperwork, I had him mail me all original documents like BC,MC and police clearances as well as passport photos. After receiving all of them, I included my BC and MC and mailed them all at NVC. Good Luck with your mom's visa journey!

Have them mail you the original documents and (make sure they make a copy before sending) you have to submit them to NVC. NVC will submit all original documents to the consulate. Your family member will get all original documents you have submitted after the interview.
