CO said my medical is not there yet .

Got my interview and the CO said im approved and just check my case status. online

is there gonna be delayed or error to cause for not having my medical even the CO approve me?

got my vaccine yesterday (5/2/2014).

Im a little confuse cause you said you got your vaccine yesterday which is 6-2-2014 but you put (5/2/2014), is that a error on your part? Which is the correct date?

Yup there will be a delay, expect to be patient a few weeks extra... takes time for the medical file to be matched up with your case file then there are still reviews.

Yup there will be a delay, expect to be patient a few weeks extra... takes time for the medical file to be matched up with your case file then there are still reviews.

I wish i had my med earlier or maybe they got all result online just not the paper work so it wont delay my visa? wat u mean reviews? is there might effect to have my visa denied? im such a baby one of my vaccine still hurts.

The embassy will receive the physical file from SLEC. Your medical will be reviewed at USEM, and your case file will be reviewed again as well (status on CEAC will show AP for that). Medical file being delayed will not be cause for denial... relax... go read a good book. :)

we're on the same boat. My son's medical report is not yet there when we had our interview last May 8. We were approved too but my son's case is in AP and mine is still Ready for interview. No visa issued until now. :(

To the OP: How many days between your med and your interview? I ask because maybe SLEC is having a crunch getting them out the door and people should allow more time between the two events.

Or maybe you just cut yours too close.

Candy spaced hers 6 business days apart and did fine (5/12 and 5/20).

Of course it will no longer help you but maybe this will help others.

You won't get denied, but this will slow you down a bit. So no big worry.

Embassy recommends at least a week before the interview:

If you got the vaccine only yesterday, it means you only finished the medical yesterday? You went to the interview without finishing the medical? Correct me if I'm wrong..

St lukes says they forward the medical the next day. But I don't know how long the embassy reviews cases.
