Nancy63, just being married to a US citizen does not get someone residency in the US. The US citizen spouse has to petition for her or, as others have said, she would need to pursue another type visa.

Your story has changed at least three times so it's difficult to advise. As far as we can see, she has no recourse to living in the US at present unless she has a relative who can petition her or an employer who can sponsor her.

The story hasn't changed; we're just getting more details.
