that is very weird that you got rfe even sending pictures, from what i understood you sent all the papers correctly, im saying that couse last time i sent we were approved and was all those docs

I think the big issue in their case is she only had an itinerary. That doesn't count for much without the boarding passes. Pictures are considered secondary evidence, even with dates. They back up primary evidence, which they didn't appear to send for her. There must be solid evidence she was in country during the period of time he was in country. Had they sent the passport stamped pages and bio page, they probably would have been good to go.

Pictures show you met, they don't show when you met. There is a 2-year time limit on this.

Yes we both lived there. I was there Sep 2012 to Sep 2013. She was there April 2013 to April 2014.

It sucks because the translations is not so easy since it is NOT either of our country haha.

But she is talking to her friend that lives in that country who is asking her partner to translate her contract for her and also her alien card. Then her friend will mail me the translations , etc. And my fiance will mail me her stamped passport. So I got faith still . I have a feeling once I send this stuff in, the approval will come fast.
