We are getting crazy !!!!!!!

Hello everyone i want share just my probleme .and not asking what to do because we did everything we should from SR till ombudsman .

Today we got an email from uscis again after we did 2nd SR or third :

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your case to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay.

As you see that is crazy .I wonder why they do that How come our Petition is there in Uscis who work there cant fix after all This really long wait .!!!!!!
