AOS question

Hello guys, i'm new to this forum so please help me out.

I am using a joint sponsor and she is married and filed her taxes as married together witht her husband. So my question is am i required to submit her husband's W2s and work verification as well as hers with my AOS packet? Or just hers together with the tax transcipt for the last three years. She makes well over $90/year.

PS. I'm in the AOS/IV phase of the NVC process.

If they file their taxes jointly, provide an I-864 from the head of household and an I-864a from the spouse along with all documentation of current income and past tax return information. Of course, you'll need an I-864 from you too, as the primary sponsor.

Ok....but do I turn in my joint sponsor's husband's W2s and stuff along with the I-864A form as well?

Complete copy of tax return will include all W2 and 1099 forms. They are part of a tax return.
