For some it's as soon as a week and for others, more than a week to a couple of weeks +. There is no standard time frame for intake and notification.

If you filled out the G-1145 you'll get the e-notification.

If you SENT (not just filled out) the G1145, you are most likely to get a notification within a couple weeks of filing, IF your petition was accepted. If it was NOT accepted, you will not get any receipt notice, and it may take several weeks to get notice of rejection and the returned package.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I agree with you and I get your point of "SENT" rather than simply 'filled out.'

I assumed the OP understood the importance of not only filling out the G-1145, but including it with the petition as well. Otherwise, why bother filling the document out.

Exactly. No point at all to mentioning filling it out, when sent is what is important and it's only 4 letters instead of 9.
