NVC checklist help

Hey guys - I got 2 checklist today through email but they look exactly the same. Sent about 10 mins apart from each other and it asks:
______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________
The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.
To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our website immigrantvisas.state.gov.

Is this a false or real checklist? Because I've called NVC and they've confirmed that they have received both packages. What should I do?

Do nothing. When they don't list specific missing items, and you know you sent the package, this is what many call a false checklist. As a symptom, it means the shortcuts are working. They saved at least the amount of time between when you sent the last package and when they sent this checklist.
